• TikTok account data: TikTok username, display name, profile picture, and account statistics obtained through the TikTok API with your explicit authorization.

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction logs to improve our service.
• Billing data: Subscription plan information (payment processing is handled by Stripe — we do not store card details).

4. TikTok API Data

Koda uses the TikTok API to access your TikTok account data. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize us to:

We only access TikTok data necessary to provide our service. You can revoke our access at any time from your TikTok account settings or from your Koda dashboard. TikTok data is governed by TikTok's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• TikTok: to publish content and retrieve analytics on your behalf
• Clerk: for authentication and user management
• Supabase: for secure database storage
• Stripe: for payment processing
• Vercel: for hosting and infrastructure

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. TikTok access tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time.
