Intellectual property

The site, its code, design and text and the name “Koda” belong to the publisher unless stated otherwise. Reproduction without permission is prohibited. What you upload or generate with Koda remains yours, and you remain responsible for publishing it.

Brands named for information only; Koda is not affiliated with Meta, TikTok, Google, ByteDance or the other companies named. Logos belong to their respective owners.

Liability

The publisher takes care that the information published is accurate but cannot guarantee it. Koda publishes through the networks’ official APIs (TikTok, Instagram, Meta) and depends on their availability and rules. Links to third-party sites are provided for information; the publisher does not control their content.

Personal data

How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase and port your data, and to restrict or object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to contact@kodahq.app.

Deleting your account and its data is explained on the data deletion page.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.

Cookies

Koda uses no advertising cookies. The only cookies set are:

• Clerk session cookies, needed to sign in and stay signed in;
• the language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE), which remembers the language you picked;
• the koda_ref cookie, set for 30 days only when you arrive through a partner link (?ref=), to know where sign-ups come from (no discount is attached to it).

Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics and, when enabled, Umami) works without cookies and does not follow you across sites.

Consumer mediation

Under article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, Koda’s consumer mediator is being appointed; its details will be published on this page. In the meantime, any complaint can be sent to contact@kodahq.app.

Governing law

The site and the service are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
