TikTok account health, scored out of 100

Last checked

Koda scores each connected account from 0 to 100 across four axes: timing (25 points), content (25), behaviour (20) and analytics (30). It is a diagnostic — it tells you which of your own habits look automated or self-defeating. It is not a remedy, and nothing here can lift a restriction a platform has applied.

The Account health screen in Koda: an overall security score of 100/100 across monitored accounts, then a card per account breaking the score into posting rhythm, post quality, account behaviour and audience trend.
Twenty-five signals, four weighted groups, one score per account. The breakdown is shown because a score with no components cannot be acted on.

What the four axes actually measure

Each one is a different kind of pattern, and they fail differently.

AxisWhat it reads
Timing — 25 ptsPosting frequency, spacing between your accounts, regularity
Content — 25 ptsCaption variety across accounts, hashtag spam, caption length
Behaviour — 20 ptsPosting pace and interval variance — the bot-detection axis
Analytics — 30 ptsReach change and engagement-rate anomalies
The weighting, and what each axis looks at.

The thresholds that cost people reach without them noticing

More than 3 posts a day on one TikTok account is self-competition: the algorithm splits the same audience across your own videos.

More than about 5 hashtags dilutes rather than broadens. On Instagram the shape is different again — more than 2 Reels a day cannibalises, and 8 to 15 hashtags performs best. On YouTube, 1 to 2 Shorts a day is the ceiling before fatigue.

And the one that applies everywhere: intervals that are too regular are a bot signature. Being consistent is good; being metronomic is not.

Why caption variety is part of a health score

Because identical captions across accounts is one of the signals used to link accounts to each other. Device and network fingerprinting does the rest — same WiFi plus the same posting pattern is a multi-account flag.

Varying the caption per account is therefore not a style choice, and that is why it is scored rather than suggested.

What this does not do

  • It is diagnostic, not curative. A low score explains a pattern; it does not undo one.
  • It cannot detect a shadow ban with certainty — no external tool can, because no platform confirms one.
  • It does not bypass moderation and does not try to.

Frequently asked

What is a TikTok account health score?
Here it is a 0-100 figure combining timing (25 points), content (25), behaviour (20) and analytics (30). It measures whether your own publishing habits look human and non-self-competing.
How many hashtags should I use on TikTok?
Beyond about five, hashtags dilute rather than broaden reach on TikTok. Instagram behaves differently — 8 to 15 performs best there.
Can a tool tell me if I am shadow banned?
Not with certainty. No platform confirms a shadow ban, so any tool claiming to detect one is inferring from reach patterns. What can be measured is whether your own behaviour looks automated.
